The figure suddenly dissipates, leaving you wondering if he was a fiction of your imagination

"Hello." The figure has appeared beside you

[b]He jumps in surprise, and in instinct he draws a knife from his chest and holds it to the figures neck. Realizing he's no threat, yet, he backs away.[/b] "Sorry, didn't expect that." [b]He says as he moves the knife away from him.[/b]

"Why are you going to Unity?" His voice was deep and raspy

"To be honest I don't even keen what that is or where it is, I'm kind of lost."

"Do you remember the apocalypse? The night remnants?"

"That's what the war was about." [b]He says realizing everything.[/b]

"Well, Unitys the main base for the Republic. I usually hang outside here doing... Recon." He fiddled with the knife at his belt

"The republic?"

"The last humans left banded together and made the New Republic."

"I see, and they are fighting against the... The uh.... Remnants?"

The figure removed his hood, revealing a white haired night remnant with red eyes and red highlights "Yep, against my people."

"So you've killed my people before?" Suddenly, a large black wolf came and started walking beside you both

"No not me, I didn't choose too because I didn't know what you guys were about. I was forced into the military early, so I was still In training."

"Well alright then." You notice he had a katana of pure shadow in his hand, but it dissipated. "Well Unity is the only real place a human can survive, so I'd head there." The wolf came up and nudged the Night Remnants hand, he pet the large canine, and the wolf looked up happily

"I see, so can you tell me why they wanted kill your people?"

"When some idiot opened up a trans-dimensional portal, we were frightened when we saw men with guns walk through, we've never seen humans before, so we just killed everyone we saw out of fear."

"And we fought back." [b]He says with a sigh[/b]

"You can't blame them, but they never tried communication, so they went straight to nuking us, wiping almost all of us out." Ichihara sighed "But we've bounced back, our numbers are growing."

"I see and do you guys plan to kill all humans or something?"

"We plan to get revenge for the women and children killed in the attack, my own child.....my wife.... Killed." Ichihara wiped away a single tear

"I'm sorry for your loss, but you guys can't app just keep going at it. It'll be an endless war."

"No, it will end, with the Night Remnants rebuilding our civilization on top of human corpses. But, we are scattered, we have no real organization."
