Me 2. I don't care if I loose out on a little vanguard rep or if a hand cannon upgrades slightly faster. Much rather use my Eris green smoke armband or my VOG cloak... It's a shame we are forced to look like clowns again.

I say add it (or some way to make them useful/balanced) to ALL Class Items regardless of rarity. They are supposed to be purely cosmetic, as in choose one and use it with no consequence.
