The remaining councilors scramble out of the room as the guards quickly secure the room and scan the buildings on the other side on the other side of the street for snipers, and eventually follow into the hallway, away from the dangerous windows. THE NEXT DAY The remaining 5 councilors, councilor Veunos, Patil, Penelope, Hill, and Welryos stand with their hands folded on a stage in Unity Central, honoring their dead friends in silence.
