So I literally just googled Twilight Garrison last night and found who had it. The guy's name is dragonhunter with a few numbers after it. I PM'd him asking him how he'd gotten it and surprisingly he said from an engram from Draksis. Although it's kinda strange, it does somewhat make sense since it references Twilight Gap and Draksis is an Eliksni of the winter house.

I believe him. I just think the chances of decrypting a new piece is so small its unreal. Just have to get really really really lucky.

I dont believe him m8... Look around... EVERYONE keeps on saying the same... Alpha Lupi and again Alpha Lupi... Me and my buddies opened like 25 chest engrams... ALL... FUKIN... LUPIS... Noone can ever tell me thats only RNG to blame here...

I saw someone in the original thread saying his activity history suggested The Coming War as the most likely place if he's lying about an engram drop(which seems likely considering it's the only, I repeat, only reported case of a hidden exotic dropping from an engram). The armor resembles cabal gear, the perk is like their jump jets, the name "Garrison" is generally used with Cabal stuff above others, and the word "Twilight" could mean plenty of things other than referencing the Gap; for example darkness falling in the first TTK mission. That's the theory I'm buying, personally. When we see a second guy engram it and show video of decrypting it the original owner will be proven innocent, until then he just doesn't have any real proof given.
