All you need is one headshot, or is that too hard for you. Oh wait you rely on shotguns because you're a scrub.

It's not a 1 hit kill for a headshot. I was using ldr and I shot him right in the head and he still had a fair amount of health left

Sun breakers don't go down from one headshot (at least from snipers) and can survive a golden gun shot as well.
