You're not helping people if you only raid with people that are equal/higher than you. I would rather raid worth a group of 295's than you judging by your attitude. I haven't broken 300, but I have 3x characters that are 297+, and once I get raid weapons, they will all be 300+. Being over 300 isn't needed yet, when hard comes out it will be. Start working on your other characters, so they can be 300 too.
