The mortar cannon of the blue guy splits into two shoulder mounted rocket pods. He can do the rocket spam of valus only twice as much :/

He jumps around, he shoots mortars, he stomps, he punches, just before we killed him he jumped on a pillar to make his last stand. We just stood under him wondering how he did it. Then I shotgunned him in the mouth.
