[b]He is cushioned from the blast by the water, and swims towards the jail.[/b]

[b]the grates are all welded shut[/b]

[b]He straps a few sticks of dynamite to the grate[/b]

[b]some guards pass over head[/b]

[b]He eavesdrops[/b]

[b]they are speaking in a language you don't understand[/b]

[b]He takes a small cone-shaped piece and puts it to the grate, listening[/b] [spoiler]TRANSLATOR!!![/spoiler]

[b]they are talking about going out for diner after their shift ends[/b]

[b]an explosion occurs, and a hole replaces the floor. The table lies shattered along with the metal grate he had kicked out when he came into the room. He jumps into the hole, the stun grenade going off, and "grazing" him with the electricity[/b] [spoiler]he is incapacitated for about five seconds.[/spoiler]
