His eyes are puffy and swollen from incessant crying and he wears a brace around his leg that attaches to his leather padded wheelchair. At least he's in new clothes and is clean. After waiting extensively, Astrid finally shows up with a coffee in hand. "Hello," Sawyer says weakly.

"Not as much." Sawyer takes a long, long drink of coffee.
