I got my suros pack and for those who can't find it try checking the emblem and shader vendors and cycle to the very last page of collections. It should be there

FYI there's so many ways I can tell you what's wrong about your topic just by looking at your grimmore score and can definitely tell you that you never got the shader or spark of light since it doesn't even look like you had a level 30 or above before TTK and couldn't be for owning the two dlcs since you don't haven't them unlocked. So just like me, mentors know even more about it and that's why they haven't even bothered responding.
