Vandals/Acolytes/Legionaries/Goblins and below (bar flying enemies) must be in close proximity for it to work. You can even point at a friendly! Tricked enemies are slower than usual, and deal less damage.

Mind : Girlfriend comes in the room, says "DO YOU MIND?" then she proceeds to sit on your face and farts down your throat.
