When your fireteam leader dies, all other memebers in the party deal increased damage until the leader is revived. The leaders respawn timer goes down from 30 to 15, and it automatically respawns in 60s.

Nice one. I would add though that tea bagging your teammate revives them faster

General - control your Fireteam before they revolt and kill you, teabagging your body with no respawn.
