One team memeber carries around a spark (a la echo chamber) this can be swapped between teammates. One person must hold it or else the entire team wipes.
Spark carrier has: Increased Grenade and melee recharge, Increase in Speed (opposite to the Echo Chamber), and the super does not recharge at all. Kills generate orbs when carrying the spark.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
