I would love to play a zombie mode. But if this is suppose to be cannon how do we get "untaken"?

It's not a simulation though. Our Guardians are literally killing each other with live ammunition. The Ghosts are just bringing us back to life.

similar to Halo 4's flood sim. BTW I really hate that OP referred to the entire infection playlist as flood. Anyways the flood sims trained Spartans to prepare for a flood infestation by replicating the affects of Spartans if they were ever infected. This could be the same thing in the process of "If someone got taken this is how you kill them." But the all round stupid part of this simulation is you're also training those who get infected how to kill their fellows if they ever do making them more of a serious threat.
