Lifelong Titan since alpha. Sun breaker is not OP for the following reasons:
Charges slower than an iPod classic with an offbrand charger
If your opponent has thumbs, it sucks at long range
Low blast radius
Reticle is not so great
And even if it IS op, it's bout time Titans get SOMETHING op.
