Suppression grenade.
Hunters Bow.
Warlocks Force Lightning.
Shotgun to the face.
These are all viable ways to shut down a Sunbreaker.

I've tried this several times because this is how I kill Radiance, Arc Blade, and Storm Trance(?). I'm not saying it is OP, I'm just pointing out where you're wrong.
