having the same problem. thought it was because my friend's profile is on my home xbox, and his game was overriding mine. i uninstalled the suros preorder pack and installed it again. didn't work. i checked today to see if it was working, and now it's not even in my game add-on section for xbox one.

I'm having the same problem. Got my Suros stuff no problem when the Taken King released, but when I logged on today, the Suros pulse rifle I had on my Titan says I needed to have the preorder stuff to use it. Which I did, that's how it got in my inventory in the first place. I went and checked the quartermaster and sure enough, all of my preorder guns are no longer available. Then when I went to check the emblem and shader kiosks, the Suros ones were gone too. I would love some help with this Bungie, or from anyone who has had a similar problem and found a fix. I'm on Xbox One and when I checked what's installed, the preorder pack is there and everything.

I call this bs since no character without the spark of light at a level 26 would have only 4k kills and therefore deleting your warlock and wanting an object you should know bungie can't restore and was a one time thing. FYI there's so many ways I can tell you what's wrong about your topic just by looking at your grimmore score and can definitely tell you that you never got the shader or spark of light since it doesn't even look like you had a level 30 or above before TTK and couldn't be for owning the two dlcs since you don't haven't them unlocked. So just like me, mentors know even more about it and that's why they haven't even bothered responding.
