BungieHelp, we need your help and understanding - The Blacksmith issue
Good afternoon
My friends and I have been to EGX in Birmingham and met up with the friendly Bungie staff there at the Taken King booth. Much fun was had and I was so greatful when I was gifted some Blacksmith Shader codes for my friends and I.
This elation was short-lived when we were informed that these are only redeemable on Playstation. It will be obvious at this stage that my friends and I are Xbox One gamers. Imagine our dismay.
One of the goals we had this weekend was to finally attend an event in person, to see what Bungie were showing off for the Taken King and to be cheeky enough to blag a shader.
Is there anything.... [b]anything[/b]... that can be done so the four of us can swagger around in the Tower, showing off our Blacksmith shaders. Can we work something out so that these PSN codes can be exchanged for a Bunge.net code or a Xbox Store Code?
This is my plea to the Cryptarchs at Bungie. Please pity our choice of console but utilise this opportunity break down the walls of console-segregation and make us feel included.

Thought Bungie said everything you have moves over when switching from older gen to current gen. Should #Bungie for this topic. Still unresolved issue after a year and half. 1 ReplyI've had the shader by pre ordering advanced warfare on the xbox and used it during year one but know i can't even use it in year 2.

I'm also on xbox and got the PS4 code, the worst bit is when I try and enter it on my PSN account it says the code is invalid! I believe blacksmith expired December last year!?!

2 RepliesI have this same issue! I am currently at EGX and your only stand is currently in the playstation area. I've asked one of the associates of bungie who are currently at this event and they advised that the codes are PS4 only and they don't have any Xbox One codes at the event. I feel this is kind of a middle finger to the xbox community that play your game as the shader is also on xbox. A respond would be appreciated, I currently have 4 codes (one for each of my clan) and they haven't been touched or redeemed. A swap for xbox one codes would be most helpful. Thank you
