Thus far, with the exception of nightfall they have access to all of that. Crucible, strikes, raids, etc. All of it that they purchased is accessible. Nightfall was always an endgame feature. This feature changed with EVERY expansion/dlc they put out. They always bring it to the max. Point is everyone knew what they had done and we're going to do. They have access to the content they paid for just not the end game features.
