What part isn't? Heroics? End game. Iron Banner? End game. Nightfall? End game. Daily mission? End game.
The end game content is just that. If you want to get to the end game content, gotta upgrade.

Sepkis prime as nightfall should still be available and be tuned to lvl 34 as should any other vanilla nightfall strike.
