It's terrible
It's the same exact black hammer, only worse, it takes up an exotic spot

Still the best PvE sniper ATM. No other sniper compares for impact, it drops at max attack value, and even without infinite ammo (which lets face it, was as big of a balancing mistake as Gjallarhorn), not having the reload still lets it maintain the highest Boss DPS in the game, which will help immensely in King's Fall.

You're right, it's perfect for kings fall. All the bosses on there are going to get wrecked from this thing.

It's updated and still does insane dps, its basically year 2 icebreaker at this point
