PSA: Exotic faction capes.
1. They seem to have pre-set perks/stats, so you don't need to worry about others getting better rolls.

Because I was unaware of #2, I've lost 13 light! (would've been 25 light if I hadn't kept some old 140 capes) My other high light cape was infused into it...

1 ReplyI would just like to point out that if you have your allegiance set to FWC or NM you probably shouldn't be wearing a DO cloak/mark/bond anyway and vice versa. You don't join the US Army and show up to duty wearing North Korean Fatigues... Same concept and I think it's a much more immersive feature than being able to equip another factions item... "Look at me I'm with DO but I want to advertise FWC... Look at my traitorous ass!!" STFU... No disrespect meant to your opinion, just giving my personal view much like yourself, so hatemail will not be tolerated nor viewed lol
