You quoted legality by referencing the terms of service. I simply pointed out the terms of service is not legally binding if a court of law considers any part of the, "contract" to be deemed unreasonable. Much as you may think that a terms of service allows a company/service provider to change content at any time without user input it doesn't. Statutory rights still apply.
