You've got two options here. Either buy TTK or don't. Because right now everyone who is in your situation seems to think they're allowed to have TTK content without purchasing TTK. Dozens of changes were made to the things that you're locked out of upon TTK's release, hence why you can't play them. So now, go and buy TTK or don't, what you decide to do is entirely in your control.
