I got it off a piggy back. Truth is I jumped in at the end not knowing what level it was and boom, quest done.

Same thing happened to me. I looked over and saw what looked like chaos. You know the good kind of chaos so I jumped right in and about 25 seconds later it ended and my quest popped.
