Post your luck with refunds here!

I've been waiting for a response from Activision about my BBB & FTC complaints, but I haven't heard a single thing from them yet. I will be trying for Xbox Support again, and if something comes up beneficial to us, I'll update. I want everyone to share their stories on getting refunds or going through crap all together. What Bungie has done to us is inexcusable and downright wrong. We need to help each other out, because we're all fighting for a good cause, and that's making sure we don't get screwed anymore!

  • I got a response once. Said I needed to sign into my Activision account or create one to view and confirm my complaint. I didn't have an account at the time. So I made one, verified it and all. Wrote down my email and password right before I confirmed both of those as well. Apparently, even after all of that. No matter what, despite having my email verified, I could not access my account on Activision. I even tried making a new account, and that didn't work either
