Hammer of Sol, for PvP, is all Breaker has got. It doesn't have invisibility to hide from radar. It doesn't have one hit kill melees (that done or equipped right can shut down other supers) It doesn't have extended melee range. Can't get overshields (outside super). It's super might be stupid strong, but the subclass itself isn't doing you much favours outside its super. It's got okay grenades, still has tiny T-rex arms, and no means to charge super faster built into the class. So yes, while it's super is active? Killing machine. Lackluster when it's not.
