  • Kind of a noob tactic..(One i've used before though :P) But even still, you have to get up close and personal, and if they are any kind of a good player, that's most likely not going to happen. Shitty sunbreakers aren't the problem, it's people who KNOW how to run PvP tactics, and KNOW that the Hammer is entirely overpowered. A shitty player will always be bested, no matter what strategy they use because they simply cannot perform under PvP pressures. But even so, it has to be a remarkably shitty player to not be able to pay attention to their Tracker and the good majority of Titan users are, at the very least, kinda good. And that, coupled with the ridiculous strength and Health regen, and armor of a Super-activated Sunbreaker makes them infinitely harder to kill, even at mediocre levels.

  • It is pretty hard to hit someone who is blinking with a hammer so it can be done with skill. And if your a Titan and dint have blink? Then you're already using the subclass so shut and show people the power of Thor

  • You.. You're not making much sense... Are you saying something about you being a Titan main and having a biased opinion?? Because that's a fact.

  • Or bust out your warlock super and take on the hammer once you get close and you'll probably win. Or shoots it twice with golden gun, or stick it with a grenade blink then shotgun

  • You could just run from the super like we've had to do with golden gun and blade dancer

  • I don't use offensive supers and the only classes I take into crucible are Warlock and Titan. Besides, blink shotgunning is for -blam!-...... Bungie nerfed Blink for a reason. As for running away, Bladedancer has been a joke since TDB released, and GG is limited to 3 shots, 4 max and on a fairly short timer. These are not issues the Sunbreaker has to deal with. HoS is the least restricted super in the game. Restrictions on Supers is what balances them with the other Supers.. It's not like I want huge, game-changing nerfs to it. That would be retarded. It just needs some minor tweaks, or more specifically, just ONE tweak out of several possible changes. Just one small change would rebalance the Super and put it perfectly on par with all the other supers.

  • If you don't use an offensive super then why are you complaining about one can counter it

Sunsinger? Counter Sunbreaker? I'm not trying to be a dick, but that's a laughable suggestion, at best. Their name in and of itself implies that would not be a great strategy. SunBREAKER's won't be beaten by easily killed-self rezzed warlocks. Radiance isn't much of a buff like people think it is. And Self-rezzing can be more of a curse than a benefit if you dont know how/when to use it. Also, Defender doesn't do much to counter anything. It's just -blam!-ing amazing for team-support. And baiting people. Dance inside a bubble, and watch them fall to your trap lol

  • I said use an offensive subclass to counter it and don't complain if you aren't

The fact is, the only "practical" counter is being a Nightstalker because it kills supers. That's not right. One practical counter to the dozens for the other Supers? -blam!-ing OP, and that's very much a complain-able situation. Sorry you disagree, but we're clearly done here. Besides, you have shit experience in the Crucible. What makes you feel qualified to even discuss the matter? I know I didn't clarify in my original post, but this is strictly PvP-related discussion. The sort that you aren't entitled to share your opinion about without having sufficient personal experience in order to form an intelligent opinion on the matter..

  • Or you could fist of havoc, nova bomb, or stormcaller it both are characters you have. Yes sunbreaker is the best super, but it's not crazy op to where it breaks the game. It is also a super so it's supposed to be op

  • Like I said, personal experience is a necessity when discussing things that are OP in PvP.. You've got the right logic, but your logic doesn't translate to what Bungie ACTUALLY does to the game.

  • Well then, apologies. But still, in the area of Supers being restricted to balance with the other supers, HoS is quite definitely far more powerful than any of them. As an "experienced" player, you should understand how individual Super restrictions make them balanced in contrast to the other Supers, and realize that HoS is unfairly placed above all of them.

  • Your talking to a Titan who has had an average of one to two kills per fist of havoc and had been killed by every super while a defender bubble was up, so I want other classes to feel what it's like to be outmatched by a Titan super and have us actually be able to get more than one kill with it

  • Sounds like you're not really that experienced then.... You have to use strategy, and preferably the perk that sends your smash out in a wave. Like Razor's Edge for Bladedancers. That's what makes Strikers ultra-deadly. That, and increased armor while throwing it out. As for Defender, it's not an easy class to run. Pure and simple, but the rewards are high, i.e. constant/near constant victory. If you feel outmatched as a titan, you should try a different class, or just not play PvP. Sorry.
