Honestly when ttk first dropped I wasn't to thrilled about legendary marks and for the first day hated them. But since then I realized how great they actually are! Think about it like this. You get 30 total just from the daily story and crucible not to mention the marks you get from the weekly heroic( forget how much I got I think it was 15) Plus all the marks you get from finishing QUESTS( DO THE QUESTS PEOPLE) That's already a good amount of marks from just those things. Now I know what you are thinking "ok did that but now I bought blah blah blah and have no marks to upgrade etc..) Wellllll no worries there is an easy fix! It's called HEROIC STRIKES:DDDDD Seriously if you are hurting for marks grind the heroics. No in general grind the heroics. They will give you great loot! Plenty of legendaries! Equip the best and dismantle anything you don't care for. For example today I was at 200 marks. I bought Truth for 150 and then I ran the dailies for 30 marks bringing me to 80. After that I just went to my vault and pulled out all the legendaries I didn't care for from the heroics and began dismantling:D Dismantled about 15 for 45( sorry I forgot exactly how many:( ) Brought me up to 125 marks just like that :) So the key is the heroic strikes,quests, and dailies. ( mainly the heroics and dailies tho) I am currently light 297 without raid gear because of this and I hope all of you will be soon too! Any questions let me know! Grind away guardians! Edit: yes I know not everyone has/had the time to grind. I know after this weekend I won't really, but for now this is the best advice I can give.
