I've actually got better stuff from pvp got 2 legendary engrams last night and got a crucible hand gun and a crucible chest piece

That's nice and everything. But why is it only possible to really earn marks through playing the PvE? I don't want 10 per PvP match played, that would be a bit excessive, but why simply 0?
