Red Bull Quest code redemption

Hello, I have tried to redeem 2 codes for the Destiny Red Bull Quest and also get the Focused Light. I get through the page where it says I have entered the code correctly, and have selected my Destiny account that I want it applied to. When I click confirm, it says that the code has already been redeemed. This has happened to me TWICE. How can I resolve this and successfully redeem my codes? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  • Missing my Focused light. Tried to do the redemption based off of the redirect from the redbull quest website and I get to the part were it says to confirm my console platform then it gives me an error message telling me that the code has been redeemed on a different account, which is impossible because I only have one account. Also had a problem redeeming 2 other codes through the redbull quest website and am receiving no response from redbull about the issue its been over 2 weeks now. This is kinda ridiculous. And yes there are no focused light on any of my characters.
