I just did my part and reported it to the BBB. I'm sure the right lawyer could win a case of this type but the only one who will end up profiting is the firm itself. The rest will get a check of change, a nd the content will remain the same because they paid a settlement. The best thing to do is not buy, relay the info and alert the local consumer authority. I.e. BBB or the Attorney General. This situation sucks, even if I wanted to buy TTK, I won't because I am a man of principle.
