Trials of Osiris came out with HoW. I bought HoW knowing this. Trials of Osiris cannot be played anymore unless you purchase TTK because you cannot level up. Thus preventing me from playing ToO. That is the the definition of taken content you already purchased. That is just one example btw. [spoiler]It is also a very big possibility that Trials will be played on TTK maps anyways.[/spoiler]
