    Look on the feedback. People have posted screenshots of their refunds on dlc. Sony and Microsoft are both allowing refunds on destiny due to cut content. The very thing you claim isn't being done. Could also call Microsoft or Sony about it as well. I was on the phone with them yesterday over a refund a different game and out of curious it's asked about destiny. They said they were issuing refunds due to cut content.

    So thats a no? People can get a refund by simply claiming that the content doesn't work or is no longer available. Just because people are CLAIMING that it has been removed to customer service does not mean it has ACTUALLY been removed. I have done it when I have been dissatisfied with a purchase. I simply claimed the content didn't work and was immediately given a refund. So that is not any form of proof. Try again.
