Simple answer, all of the high rewarding activities will give you only TTK content which you need to purchase. Besides why do you want to play the weekly strike if you're going to stay at year one max with the outdated weapons? MMOs do this. Bungie fixed our big complaints and you can't give $40 for the solution of year one stuff you complained about.

Guess what... people still play MMOs without upgrading to the next expansion. Important difference here: BECAUSE THEY CAN. They aren't locked out of the rest of the game that was already released once the next expansion comes. MMOs actually make expansions. This is just a gear and music swap. The lockout of the modes is NOT what is done in MMOs so stop saying this (you and everyone).

You are 100% right

Bungievision didn't really fix anything. A 3.5 hr. Campaign isnt really fixing anything. No optional matchmaking. The list goes on. This whole thing was built to establish the new pay wall. Everyone keeps using the "it's an MMO" argument, however Bungievision refuses to classify the game. The developer continues to refuse to classify it, more than likely they don't even know what it is.

What campaign in any shooter game takes longer than like 6 hours
-
The CoD MW and MW2 had a more extensive campaign. Had a fully fleshed out story. It is the story that builds the Legend. That is ultimately what this game tells you to do, Become Legend.

Those were whole games... This is a dlc though

Exactly...
-
It's a DLC that costs the same as a full game. I bought Arkham Knight for less on release day.
-
Highly doubt it, new games are 60$

Wanna know a secret? I'm English. Wanna know something else? TTK is £40 here. Know what that equates to?
-
Quite a bit more than 40$ but did I know you were English, no I didn't

Then you shouldn't assume everybody on here is American.
