So who would win in a death battle , StormCaller or Blade Dancer, long distance vs close range basically, would the lighting destroy the Hunter before they got the chance to reach the Warlock or will the Warlock fall, please give reasonable answers and questions, oh my main is Warlock and I believe StormCaller can beat Blade Dancer if used correctly
-
Stormcaller, hands down. I main a Bladedancer and I hate to say that any Stormcaller Warlock that isn't full derp would annihilate even the most seasoned Bladedancer. Stormcaller lasts longer, hits more targets harder and has greater mobility. Add to that the Landfall perk and even if a Bladedancer gets close enough to swing at you, a well timed Super use would knock him back, if not kill him outright. Truth be told, Bladedancer, outside of it's usefulness in resurrecting teammates and other useful stealthy things, it's damage beyond red bar minions has always been lacking. Not to mention nearly every PvE element has a f@%k melee ability.

Razors edge vs lightning bolt? Idk Arc blade close up vs lightning? Arc blade
-
I think Bladedancer might win in a strict super v super scenario. From what I've seen, it takes 3 "ticks" of the Stormtrace lightning to kill a normal player. Players using Arc Blade usually have around double the health (it's damage resistance, but it's easier to explain with health), so it would theoretically take six lightning ticks before the Arc Blade player dies. The question is, how many slices does a Stormtrace user take before they die? Is it one, or two? The answer probably decides the victor.

Bladedancer could blink in to do damage, stormcaller has ionic blink but it's not better than the original blink
-
Brb testing this out with friend in rumble.
-
Blade dancer
-
Sunbreaker
-
I think blade dancer may have a tough time but if the player is quick enough then a warlock won't stand a chance. Blink on both kinda makes it a whole other ball game lol
-
Blade Dancer, he would just blink then death from above. Also this topic should be a poll,no?
-
ITS TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLEEEEEEEEEE SITH LORD VS JEDI!!!!
-
I saw a storm caller and blade dancer duke it out on pantheon, neither was wounded ( stormcaller was popped to fight the bladedancer) and the stormcaller won by quite a bit, I feel it could go either way though.
-
Dumb question seeing as warlocks and hunters will vote for their class respectively
-
Interesting... Well... Stormcaller will damage bladedancer as he approach and if the bladedancer gets too closed he will take damage if the perk that damage nearby enemies is active.

Sunbreaker

i think in range the warlock could get the hunter easily if you know what your doing
-
Bladedancer. Constantly been overpowered by it.
-
I favor warlocks and stormcallers in particular... but I believe bladedancers would get the first, and finishing, strike.
-
Both times I've come across a Stormcaller as a blade dancer I've won

Edited by High Charity: 9/18/2015 12:03:56 AMInvisibility and Blink. This is a bit heavy to the Hunters favor. Assuming lore like. In actual game play, Stormcaller wins.
-
Razors edge might win it for the blade dancer.
-
Stormcaller FTW
-
Storm caller
-
Lol, but we can just blink to you and wipe you out in one show stopper or just two swipes of my lightning dagger across your face.
-
Blade Dancer cloaks, hides, snipes. Honour is for Titans.
-
Does stormcaller have any damage resistance? Also is the bladedancer running in a straight line with no blink/attempt to avoid line of sight? If the answer to the first is no and the second yes then the bladedancer will win. The 50% damage resistance they get will stop the lightning from the warlock doing any real amount of damage, while they remain veey hard to track and when they do get close, extremely deadly.

Well I popped my lightning on a blade dancer. Cuz I had the initial explosion thing on, and I mean like I popped it ON him. He wacked me and walked away and I cried
