It's what's wrong when people just take being shafted and say nothing. Imagine if when they added new game plus to witcher they said certain missions were only available if you paid. This can be applied to any game. And keep in mind it's not $40 everywhere, you're getting on the cheap. The EU have to pay the equivalent of $60, which is the price of a brand new, full release game. There is no import tax to pay as a digital download so the extra money just goes straight to them.
