No you're wrong. When the level cap on heroic things increase so must the player level, to increase player level you must get the DLC. This isn't a new trend. If you want endgame you must purchase the content that actually allows you to play endgame. Or are you an idiot that's thinks your 171 max light can deal damage to Heroic enemies wit 260 light? They go damage immune if the spread is to large meaning you physically couldn't run it even if you had access. You'd bitch and moan that it was impossible even if they hadn't forced the TTK purchase.
