It really is pathetic, they screwed up big time and hardly seem to even want to comment on it.

Would you rather them waste time and comment on every single post that screams help or would you rather them be silent and figuring the problem out. Obviously they are fixing it or doing the best they can

I hope they are fixing it. They might let us know that they are though. It would obviously be dumb to reply to every single post like that, why would I expect them to do that?? There is zero information on this and it's affecting lots of people, so at least recognising the problem would be nice from them.
