Still can't access my suros weapons pack. Pretty sure everything else is working fine but no matter what I do I can't seem to get them. Please help

I have the same issue. At the Vanguard Q'master all I see are the LVL 40 purples and the Green Suros stuff that I can buy. No other packs... and if I'm supposed to "get the pack" I presume that doesn't mean I have to buy them from the Qmaster. And them being greenies...

Lol have tried many times. Reset console. Uninstalled and re installed then reset console and still nothing
