Grimoire is not about skill or talent. It is about completion of content. If you are skilled or talented it will be easier to complete the grimoire tasks though. So it is an indicator more of general experience than anything else. However, I have only beat Skolas once and got the highest grim bonus I am gonna get from that, but I am not necessarily the best guy to take down Skolas ya know?
