RealKraftyy is another example. He has a grimoire scrore of 2725. He is ranked #6 in trials and he always carries 2 randoms without even a fireteam of try-hards... I've seen him win 3 back to back unbroken trials game while carrying 2 people.
So yeah Grimoire means nothing in terms of skill.

He plays with randoms, also I've never seen him quit a trials match. Pretty sure it must be disconnected. Unless you have evidence that he actually quit.
