It's next to the "Invite Party" it will say open to friends and if you click on it it will bring up a list of options. They should be "Public, open to friends, invite only, and closed. Us on 360 have it so you most likely have it.

Are you talking about in party or ingame menus? Bc under roster there is only the option to "snap" party. Nothing g ingame that will allow you to make it invite only or anything like that for the xone... only in the party chat which doesn't affect game at all

It's in game by the roster over your fireteam. I feel bad if xbone doesn't have it because xb360 has it
