When will I get revenant?
I've been playing since beta but only took a month break playing eso. But I'm rank 81 dead orbit (not combined) and all my friends are getting revenant and they're all below rank 25. Like wtf?! I know it's rng but I'm about to kill arach.

The day after the 2.0 update my hunter hit rank 10 I think, and got the shader. My warlock ranked up in New Monarchy the same day and got one of their shaders. I thought it was something to do with the new loot system handing out loot you never got before.
