I did the gunslinger quest just got a cloak that can't use till level 40

That's all your supposed to get, the emblem is for factions, op is misinformed, therefor misinforming you, the faction emblems will be available when TTK drops next week

If you look on the emblems screen in tower there are actually subclass emblems and it says complete the subclass quest to obtain so

You still got the class item for it tho
