I cant understand why all legendaries and exotics couldn't have been brought over to year two

Seeing that not all exotics got redesigned and the infuse system would basically work with any weapon, I cant understand the complication for simply implementing these game elements into all of our current gear. Its as if they just said "nahh we know people don't care about they're old stuff so we're just gonna make a system that would universally work but instead, limit it to our new dlc". I will eventually go find new weapons to use. saying that we shouldn't be using a weapon for however many years shouldn't be a choice made for us. I would like the option to do so rather than being forced to use weapons I don't like. Get it together bungie

Because there is no freedom of choice in this. Bungie decides and predetermines am your loadouts and what people use. Lol this game is the biggest JOKE of the decade. Edit: I want to say, treating joke is not a good thing. It's the biggest scam of the decade.

    • I can understand some Legendaries becoming obsolete, but the Exotics should've carried over. Even if they felt the need to change them and make them different, they should have carried over. I've never had a game upgrade and keep an old set of items but keep them 'obsolete,' but then even bother to make obtaining them seem so crucial to a player by making items like the Three of Coins. I guess it's to make all the year 1 stuff keep year 2 players around even longer while the year 1 players are busy clearing the endgame and we basically form two Destiny's in one. Bungie should seriously consider just nerfing everything if they're going to go this far with certain builds people were using/'exploiting,' (because it's crime to use a gun/gear that actually does a really good job.) At this point Armamentarium isn't carrying over, so our PvP Exotics for Titans just took a serious hit. So we don't only not deserve Blink, but we apparently don't deserve double grenades like everyone else, or anything competitive for that matter. I got one shot in my own Armor of Light bubble by a Bladedancer sometime before patch. Armor of Light, the one that gives me hella defenses. I didn't even get a chance to melee once back! I don't think it's normal but either I lagged enough to miss seeing him swing twice or they're straight up bugging out if it ain't happening to anyone else often... Q: And what am I getting to help this? A: I get to sit in the air as bait for those airborne roaming Bladedancers (on too much Red Bull!) while using the cruddy, 'new' Titan helmet Exotic. And I say 'new' because, with what we can expect from Bungie, these might have been well done and designed way before The Taken King is coming out. Could've easily been a Year 1 Exotic meant to give us something the other classes have to feel better about ourselves. But they never give us anything that might actually be competitive anymore, as if they're guided towards a biased PvP favoring Warlocks primarily, Hunters second and Titans only thirdly.
