The problem that people are having is the way it is written it's like "Oh it's bugged? Sorry but you're SOL and we are not going to fix it."
Will they fix it? Probably. It is an error on their part and a bug in the system.
If they come out and say something like just replay the quest or give people a chance to redo them it will calm down.
