Is your friend getting PM's from the person they have muted? If so, I think they need to leave the 'conversation' after muting them to stop any new PM's from showing up.

  • The person can still follow my friend, which is stupid.since you're trying to get away from that person. Basicly if I post something on a forum that person can still find my posts and message me back. So this mute thing isn't really ideal. Blocking should make them not being able to see your activity for as long as they're blocked.

  • Yeah, I am not seeing a way to stop someone from following a Bungie.net account. I suppose your friend could set their Privacy to not show anybody their activity, but that's going to effect everyone, not just the one person. If they want to give that a try, the privacy settings are accessed by clicking the profile picture on the website, and then click Settings. Click Privacy on the left, then select the "Hide future activities...." option and click the Save button. On the mobile app (android), tape Menu, then Settings at the bottom, then Account Settings, Privacy, and then uncheck Activities, and tap the checkmark at the top.

  • Okay, we'll try that. Thanks.
