How do you know there wont be a new set of tests on the same weapons!

They already said that he has a rotating stock

Yeah, i understand that. And that stock rotates once a week but that doesn't mean there couldn't be different tests each day for the same weapons.

There's a countdown timer in his inventory and it says six days something. Guess we will know more in roughly three hours although I assume nothing will happen. It would be too easy and fast to reach level 2 to acquire legendary gear.

Yeah, probably nothing. But it would be cool if the test were ongoing. People who did get to level one were not able to order weapons yet so maybe there is more to it

You have to get to level two as with every other faction too until you get to buy/order something. I assume it's like Petra Venj in the reef now,m so that by week three we can order first stuff.
