Don't do either. Just to be safe. Hopefully they can track these and allow them to unlock for those who completed them on the 15th.

Ah. Already did the level 30 one on all characters just because it was simple, all I had to do was talk to the class mentor. I haven't finished the other on any character, that strike one has proven more difficult than I expected. That's why I was asking.

I see. Either way I'd assume they will allow us to restart the quests once the DLC drops. They gotta have some how to allow people to get the emblems as this is a bug that was found too late for the masses.
